A beautiful, large fragment of a terracotta head from the Majapahit Kingdom (current Indonesia) dating from somewhere between the 13th to 15th century AD.Intricately designed head with sharp-cut eyes, nose, mouth, large ears, and typical hairdo. The lower side has a hole where the head used to be attached to a body or could be placed on a socle.Dimensions: Height of 81 mm, Weight of 130 grams. An exceptional piece of ancient art.
