Some spots are a little dusty or dirty and can be washed, one picket fence is missing one small spoke, the horse and its accessories shown in the photo have some sort of spotting I'm not sure is washable, and the boxes definitely all show wear. All of the lights are tested and work great, though batteries are not included. The sets include what are shown. Selling only as a lot. Price is firm please.
