Vintage Diamond Heart Pendant with two round diamonds. Approximately 0.5 total carat weight (each diamond approx. 1/4 carat). Set in a 14K gold double heart setting. Pendant weighs 2.5 grams. Very fine wear marks on the setting under microscope, not visible to the naked eye. Diamonds are in perfect condition. Dimensions: 0.64 x 0.48 inches (widest points), not including the top loop/holder.
